Laneway/road at the back of 42 James street Nrothcote
Dear Darebin City Council,
The documents requested are related the road/laneway running parallel to James Street Northcote 3070. Specifically, the road/laneway behind 42 James Street Northcote.
Over the past seven years Darebin council has conducted several engineering studies, reports and reviews intended to identify the extent of erosion to the aforementioned road/laneway, its stability and to identify how to solve the road/laneway from further damage and eliminate potential health and safety issues.
I am requesting documents related to the road/Laneway behind 42 James Street and adjoining properties. These would include but not limited to…
Engineers’ reports, studies, and assessments of the aforementioned area.
Quotations provided to repair the damage of the aforementioned area
Emails, internal and external concerning the aforementioned area.
Council documentation related to the aforementioned area.

I have had a search through the information management records, and found an FOI Request which was received by Darebin City Council Tuesday 29 August 2023
As your application has had significant delay, Darebin City Council have waived any application fee. Please note as such your FOI Application is validated from today 16 November 2023.
