See attached FOI request for a copy of the recent FMG study concerning the council and at the back of my property 42 James Street Northcote.

 

I find it amazing that i need to go to such lengths to obtain a copy of the report but their you have it.

Just to add to the below and referencing the letter from Anita Craven A/Manager Property and Assets Strategy Darebin Council

 

  • The email address provided in the letter - [email address] bounces back. Doesn't work

  • The phone number provided 03 8470 1111 doesn't go to the council its the number for, Your community Health

  • I rang Anita directly, she wasn't available, your reception wouldn't provide an alternative email, apparently they left her a message. No return so far.

Per earlier advice I do wish to purchase the land post full consultation concerning the land degradation and works to be done.
