Apart from the issues with phone numbers / email addresses, this has been going on for more
than a year now.
Could I please have a chat by phone / Teams some time to understand the issue and how it is
being resolved?

Are you by chance speaking with each other? I'm sure the council would not sell
property without full disclosure of the current issues.
Per earlier advice I do wish to purchase the land post full consultation concerning
the land degradation and works to be done.
