Under section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the Act), a request for access to documents must be accompanied by a fee of $32.70. You can pay by electronically via the Darebin City Council Website, via Post or In person at City of Darebin Customer Service Centre . Instructions on how to pay the application fee are given below.

Darebin City Council notes the terms of your request as per below, however please make any changes required.

Terms of your request:

I request access to the Town Planning Department file for Application Number 377/2024, 14 Hopetoun Avenue, Reservoir 3073. The documents requested would include but not limited to internal referrals from the Town Planning Department to Engineering Department, Strategic Planner City Development, Transport Management Planning Referral, Sustainable Design Assessment Referral and Arborist Referral.

I require both the referrals from the Town Planning Department and all replies/comments/emails/reports/drafts from the aforementioned departments/individuals.
