Number ofdecisions made by members of the ART
Dear Administrative Review Tribunal,
I request access to documents setting out the number of decisions made by each member of the ART in each respective jurisdictional area between 14 October 2024 and 24 January 2025.
The information can be provided in an Excel spreadsheet if that would make provision easier.
Yours faithfully,
Archibald Andrews

Dear Mr Andrews,
I am writing to you in relation to your FOI request 2025/0039 received 29
January 2025.
Revision of scope of your request
I am in consultation with the Tribunal’s Information Data Management team
(IDM team) for information relevant to your request. I have been advised
that there is no existing report that captures the scope of your request.
The IDM team have advised, however, that there are existing reports which
capture the finalisation counts by jurisdictional area and a report that
captures the finalisation count by member. Please kindly confirm if you
are agreeable to amend the scope of your request to be for:
1. The finalisation count for the jurisdictional area between 14 October
2024 to 24 January 2025; and
2. The finalisation count by member between 14 October 2024 to January
2025.
Extension of time - section 15AA of the FOI Act
Under section 15AA of the FOI Act, we may extend the 30 day processing
period if you agree in writing to that extension. Due to the internal
consultation required with other areas of the Tribunal in relation to your
request and the time required to collate the information, I would like to
request for an extension of 30 days to process your FOI request. Should
you be agreeable to this, it would extend the due date for your FOI
request to 31 March 2025. I will of course endeavour to provide a decision
on this FOI request before this date, if possible.
I would be grateful if you could confirm your agreement to this revision
of scope of your FOI request and the extension by way of return email.
Please reach out to [1][ART request email] if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
April W
