I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 
(FOI Act) received on 29 January 2025.

‘I request access to documents setting out the number of decisions made by each 
member of the ART in each respective jurisdictional area between 14 October 2024 
and 24 January 2025. 
The information can be provided in an Excel spreadsheet if that would make provision 
easier.’  
We received your request on 29 January 2025 and the 30 day statutory period for processing 
your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a 
decision from us by 28 February 2025. The 30 day period may be extended if we need to 
consult other parties or for other reasons permitted under the FOI Act.

disclosure log, subject to certain exceptions. Personal information, for example, wil  not be 
published where this would be unreasonable.
