Dear Glenn Hamiltonshire,

I refer to your request below, for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) for access to the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the National Gallery of Australia.

We received your request on 11 December 2024 and the 30-day statutory period for processing your request commenced from the day after that date.

We note that you are amenable to a 30-day extension in light of the upcoming holiday shut-down period. The National Gallery would appreciate your agreement to an extension for the decision date of Monday 10 February 2025. We would be grateful if you could confirm you are comfortable with the proposed decision date.
