Dear Australian Skills Quality Authority,
This is a Freedom of Information Request for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I request access to the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the Australian Skills Quality Authority,
Given the upcoming holiday period for the APS (happy holidays to you reading this), I forecast my consent for any required 30 day extension to deal with the request at this time.

I confirm the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has received your
Freedom of Information (FOI) request on 29 November 2024
You advised you are seeking access to the following:
o the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the
Australian Skills Quality Authority
As your FOI application was received on 29 November December 2024, the
30-day statutory period to process your request will commence from the day
after that date. Therefore, ASQA endeavours to notify you of a decision on
your request on or before 30 December 2024. Please note, this period may
be extended if ASQA needs to consult with third parties, impose a charge
or for other reasons. You will be notified if this occurs. I note, it may
be that the work involved in processing your request is considered
substantial and an unreasonable diversion of resources pursuant to section
24 of the FOI Act. Therefore, a practical refusal may exist however, you
will be advised if this becomes apparent.
Extension of time
Thank you for your prior consent for a 30-day extension. We agree to
extending the Decision Date by 30 days to 29 January 2025.
ASQA may decide to impose a charge for the work involved in providing
access to documents under the FOI Act. For further information on charges,
