Total quantity of complaints made about Shalom House WA
Dear WA Health and Disability Services Complaints Office,
I am requesting the total number of formal and informal complaints made about Shalom House WA in all correspondence methods e.g. phone calls, emails, online submissions, in person. Including complaints which refer to the organisation as Shalom, Shalom House, Shalom House Perth, Shalom House Kalgoorlie, Shalom House Perth WA and West Australian Shalom Group Inc.
I would also like to know the number of unique individuals who made these complaints with any anonymous complaints being considered a unique individual. I would like this number to include all complaint corresponsence received from all methods of communication, even if no follow up or investigation took place.

In Western Australia, you need to "give an address in Australia to which notices under this Act can be sent" in order for a request to be valid. I'm going to do some research into how this works when it comes to email addresses.
Given the agency is willing to waive all charges related to the document, I would ask if it's possible for them to provide access to the document informally, that is outside of the formal FOI process.
To do this, simply send a follow up message to the authority, saying something like:
"Thank you for your email. As there is no cost for this information, would you be willing to provide it outside of the formal FOI process?"
