I am requesting the total number of formal and informal complaints made
about Shalom House WA in all correspondence methods e.g. phone calls,
emails, online submissions, in person. Including complaints which refer to
the organisation as Shalom, Shalom House, Shalom House Perth, Shalom House
Kalgoorlie, Shalom House Perth WA and West Australian Shalom Group Inc.

 

I would also like to know the number of unique individuals who made these
complaints with any anonymous complaints being considered a unique
individual. I would like this number to include all complaint
corresponsence received from all methods of communication, even if no
follow up or investigation took place.
