To check the enrollment status of Students enrolled under VET FEE HELP
Dear Department of Education,
I would like to put request to know that except from getting report from the agents of education providers, what are the other ways to get the enrollment status of students enrolled?
Actually I worked as the third party contractor for different RTO's and I faced the situation of wrong report by my agent or non-deliverance of report. Education providers also refused to provide me the reports.
Could you please tell me the authorize way to get the report about their enrollment status through genuine way?
Yours faithfully,
Ashish Goyal
Dear Mr Goyal,
Thank you for your correspondence below in which you ask how to obtain
information regarding the enrolment status of students.
From your email, it appears that you are making a general enquiry rather
than seeking particular documents under the Freedom of Information Act
1982 (FOI Act). If you have questions regarding VET FEE HELP, in the
first instance you may wish to email [1][email address].
If you wish to make an Freedom of Information (FOI) request your request
must:
· be in writing
· state that the application is made under the FOI Act
· provide enough information concerning the documents sought as is
reasonably necessary to enable a responsible officer of the department to
identify the documents requested (for example, you may wish to consider
specifying the particular information you are requesting including details
such as names of students, providers and locations).
· provide an address for correspondence (postal or email address).
Further information about FOI is available on
