Request for policies and laws allowing for Rous County Council to medicate entire populations using Sodium Fluoride

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Rous County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Rous County Council,

I am requesting all policies which created the laws which specifically allows for Rous County Councillors (who are not qualified medical professionals) to medicate entire populations using Sodium Fluoride, which is a known by-product of Aluminium.

I have been in correspondence with Adam Nesbitt, the Group Manager Operations for Rous County Council who confirmed on 18 Apr 2024, at 2:41 pm, that Sodium Fluoride was indeed being used in the towns drinking water. Because of this, I also request that each of the Councillors (Rod, Sharon, Andrew, Sandra, Michael, Robert, Sarah and Big Rob), provide proof the are qualified medical professionals who are authorised to treat individuals and entire populations at regional level, with therapeutic treatment.

Warm regards

Deborah

Dear Rous County Council,

Due to Your Australian Business failing to respond by the timeframe according to law, I now demand an internal review of my FOI request which asked for policies and laws which allows for Rous County Council and it's Councillor's to diagnose, treat and mass medicate entire populations using Sodium Fluoride without any professional qualifications as Healthcare Professionals.

Yours sincerely,

Deborah-May
