Refund for services not provided
Good Afternoon,
I need help to get a refund from a courier company, Aramex.
Briefly;
I have an account with this company.
Several weeks ago I arranged and paid for the pick up of two packages from Adelaide for delivery in Tasmania.
I paid.
Three days after they picked up the packages I rreceived an email saying that they would not deliver the packages, too heavy ( cubic weight)
The goods were retrieved and shipped by a different company .
For more than six weeks I have attempted to get a refund from the company , without success.
Two weeks ago the funds were returned to my acct. with Aramex
I asked that they be returned to my ING bank card.
They were then withdrawn from my Aramex account, by Aramex but have not been deposited into my bank account.
I have made several calls, sent numerous emails and messages, no response, other than a request for information, to which requests I have responded, several times.
Can you help ??
Yours faithfully,
J F Walsh
