Payment history retention time.
Dear Department of Human Services,
I would like to know according to records authority established by National archives of Australia 2011/00714998, template of information being retained as coverd by class 60681 and 60682 in relation to customer payment such as newstart, austudy or youth allowance. Please clarify if these classes cover the amount awarded to an individual under these programs or it is only the type of payment awarded.
In terms of payment summaries/histories please clarify how class 60681/60682/60685 are different from each other- may be provide a template for each case.
