Dear John,
Thank you for your request to make an application under the Freedom of
Information Act 2016 on 1 September 2024. For your application to be
complete, it must contain enough information that Transport Canberra and
City Services (TCCS) can conduct a search of its records and be confident
all relevant information is identifiable. Canberra’s Light Rail is a large
operational and delivery/construction project that spans across numerous
teams, including other areas in the ACT Government. Our initial enquiries
to relevant areas in TCCS indicate further detail is required to identify
the type of information you seek, and where in ACT Government the
information may be held. To complete your application, could you please
assist with providing additional information in order that we can provide
accurate information (where possible) you your request:
1. Please clarify what is meant by the ‘LRV Project’ – are you
seeking information on Stage 1, 2A/2B, the vehicles, or something else?
2. Please clarify what is meant by ‘WHS incidents’ – are you
referring to ‘Notifiable Incidents’ or something else? See for example:
[1]Incident Reporting Guide (act.gov.au)
3. Please clarify what is meant by ‘Monthly Updates’ – are you
referring to ‘Monthly Look Ahead’ documents? For example: [2]Construction
Notifications - Light Rail to Woden (act.gov.au)
