FOI Manual - documents contained in G:\FOI\Admin\Manuals & Taskcards
Dear Department of Human Services,
Thanks for processing my recent request for the FOI Manual. I’ve now got a follow up request.
In the FOI Manual, there is a reference to a folder path: “G:\FOI\Admin\Manuals & Taskcards“. Can you provide all documents contained in this folder as of this email being sent?
In addition, on Page 7 of the FOI Manual it appears that the word “Significant” links to another document. Can I please have a copy of that document?
Both of these requests are made under Part II of the Freedom of Information Act.
If you are able to provide this administratively, that would be appreciated, however if you are unable to do so you should consider it as a formal FOI request.
If there is a significant number of documents, it would be appreciated if the department could provide a list of the documents contained in this folder. It’s possible to do this with a single command using the command line, I would expect this to take no more than 30 seconds. If you’re not sure what the command is let me know and I’ll find it for you.
As always, I think you’ve got my contact details so feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
Yours faithfully,
Ben Fairless
