FOI Delegations - 2016
Dear Australian Government Financial Literacy Board,
Can I please have a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and any related directions issued in respect of FOI.
I believe this information could be considered "operational information" so I therefore request release under the IPS, or under Administrative Access.
Yours faithfully,
Ben Fairless
Dear Mr Fairless,
We refer to your request addressed to the Australian Government Financial
Literacy Board (AGFLB) for "a copy of the current FOI Delegations, and
any related directions issued in respect of FOI".
The AGFLB is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 Cth (FOI
Act) as it does not fall within the definition of 'agency' in section 4
of the FOI Act. Accordingly, the AGFLB is not required to make decisions
under the FOI Act which would require it to have FOI authorisations for
that purpose. The documents you seek do not therefore exist.
Kind Regards,
Eliza
