- draft legislation
- actions that the government is planning to implement to combat this issue

Thank you for your purported application to the Department of the Premier
and Cabinet dated 29 September 2023 regarding access to the following:
I'd like information relating to how the youth crime issues in Queensland
are being handled.
Any documentation from May 2023 to now that mentions:

Information Act 2009 (RTI Act), please complete an application form

The application fee is currently $55.75. I note that separate applications
are required for each department or Minister’s office and each application
under the RTI Act incurs a separate application fee.
Please note that, in addition to the application fee, you may be required
under section 60(1) of the RTI Act to pay further charges in relation to
processing your request. You will be provided with a Charges Estimate
Notice (CEN) if further charges are payable. If at this time, you wish to
apply to have the applicable charges waived on the grounds of financial
hardship, information regarding the documents required to seek this waiver
of charges will be provided with the CEN. Payment of the application fee
cannot be waived.
