Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD),

Can you please clarify the wording of your request? For example, when you
say “latest” do you have a date range in mind? Do you mean the agenda
papers for the last forum held? Or for the forum held in 1993?

I refer to your application (below) received by the Environment, Planning
and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD), in which you sought
access to information under the Freedom of Information Act 2016 (the Act).
Thank you for clarifying the scope of the request.
Specifically you are seeking:

Decision
In accordance with section 40 of the FOI Act, the standard processing time
requires that a decision on access to documents must be made within 30
working days of receipt, being on or by 11 July 2023.
