I refer to your application (below email), transferred from the Chief
Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) to the
Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD),
relating to the ACT's Asbestos Regulators Forum agenda papers.
Can you please clarify the wording of your request? For example, when you
say “latest” do you have a date range in mind? Do you mean the agenda
papers for the last forum held? Or for the forum held in 1993?

Decision
In accordance with section 40 of the FOI Act, the standard processing time
requires that a decision on access to documents must be made within 30
