This is a Freedom of Information Request for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
I request access to the Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the Australian Crime Commission,

Good afternoon Glenn,
Thank you for your attached request made under the Freedom of Information
Act 1982 (Cth) (the FOI Act) to the Australian Criminal intelligence
Commission (ACIC). I have taken your request to be for access to:
'The Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides currently used for the
Australian Crime Commission.'
Your request was received on 24 October 2024. The 30 day statutory period
for processing your request commenced the day after we received your
request. As such, you should expect a decision from us by 23 November
2024. The period of 30 days may be extended if we need to consult third
parties or for other reasons. We will advise you if this happens.
Exclusion of information:
The ACIC, in processing FOI requests, excludes the following information
on the basis that it is irrelevant to the requests:
o Names, signatures, and contact details of ACIC members of staff, other
than Senior Executive Staff.
o Duplicate documents, including duplicate emails. The ACIC will only
provide emails where they form a final email chain and the
authors/recipients are contained within the final email.
o Information that is publicly available, for example, newspaper
articles and online publications, including information available on
the ACIC website.
If you object to the ACIC excluding any of the above information, please
advise me within 7 days of this email.
