Testing and evaluation plans around Centrelink online compliance scheme
Dear Department of Human Services,
I would like to request all documentation and internal communications related to the testing and evaluation process around the Centrelink online compliance scheme[1], in particular around the processes to minimise the risk of issuing incorrect debt notices caused by averaging annual earnings across a year.
I ask that all fees in relation to this request be waived because the release of this information is in the public interest as it is useful in improving service delivery by the Department.

I think it's particularly important to get the Functional Specifications because they'll reflect the brief & show the agreed scope, rules, exceptions, data matching methodology & contact methodology signed off by the developers & the Government prior to implementation. They'll describe intent.
