Dear Housing NSW, What proof is needed for you to issue a strike to a

different in order to get this

What proof is needed for you to issue a strike to a tenant for property damage?

 

If police have investigated the matter and not laid charges due to insufficient evidence, what does Housing NSW do different in order to get this evidence to warrant a strike?

 

I am concerned due process is not being followed because certain tenants in Queanbeyan are being persecuted by Housing NSW while others get a completely different experience. I’m curious to know why.
