Enquiries, National Mental Health Commission

Dear Ms Jenni Czislowski

Could you please explain what you mean by ‘all organisations’, ‘attached’
to the ‘members’ of the National Mental Health Commission?

I have taken this to mean  - stakeholders the commission formally have
Memoranda of Understanding with or formal partners – these are listed on
our website here:

[1]http://www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au...

I have also taken this to mean organisations attached to the
Commissioners. As per the Commission’s Code of Conduct, the Chair and
Commissioners are to take all steps to avoid any real or perceived
conflicts of interest and alert the Chair to any issues that may arise at
the earliest practical opportunity. The Register of Interests document
contains details on all interests to date, and is considered as a standing
item at each meeting. It is available on our website here:
[2]http://www.mentalhealthcommission.gov.au...

If I have misunderstood the scope of your request please let me know.

Many thanks

FOI Officer
