Social media policy
Dear Department of Health,
I request the following documents:
1. Current social media policy of the department, which covers departmental use and/or private use by employees in an individual capacity.
2. Any guidance material which is available for employees to make informed decisions about their social media use.

With regard to your Freedom of Information request where you have sought
access to:

I have been advised by the area responsible that the department is able to
provide you with a copy of the documents to which you have sought access.
The department is prepared to provide you with these documents outside the
FOI process on the basis that you withdraw your FOI request.
It would be appreciated if you could advise via reply email as to whether
or not you wish to withdraw your request and receive the documents outside
the FOI process by no later than 12:00pm Monday 16 May 2016.
In the event that you do not wish to withdraw your request the department
seeks your agreement to a processing extension of 14 days. Should you
agree to such an extension it would be appreciated if you could advise by
reply email by 12:00pm Monday 16 May 2016.
