I refer to you request for information in respect of a complaint regarding
a development dated 9^th Oct 2020.

Please be advised that the type of information requested is not classified
as Open Access and therefore requires a Formal GIPA application to be
lodged with Council (attached) accompanied by a $30 fee.

However, it should be noted that by submitting a Formal GIPA application,
does not automatically authorise release of information. Council may be
required to consult with third parties regarding your request. This
requirement exists so that sensitive, personal and private information of
third parties is not released without proper careful consideration
(Section 54 of the GIPA Act) and consultation.

Upon receipt of your application and following third party consultation,
Council will then apply the public interest test to determine whether
there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of the
information (all or partial).
