I request, under the Freedom of Information Act, all documents including email related to the conclusion of these two contracts, whether the contracts were
- concluded successfully with deliverables and payment, or
- terminated unsuccessfully without acceptable deliverables or without payment, or
- ended in any other way.
Yours faithfully,
Vanessa Teague

Dear Ms Teague
I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) received on 6 May 2021.
I have interpreted your request to be for documents that relate to the
conclusion of the identified contract.
We are considering the documents in scope of your request and seek your
agreement to exclude from scope the name and signature of the director of
the relevant company and the company’s bank details that are included on
an invoice.
Please let me know by 19 May 2021 if you agree to exclude the above
information from the scope of your request.
If you do not agree, the AEC will be required to consult with the third
party under s 27A of the FOI Act, which may extend the time to finalise
the request and provide you with a decision (see s 15(6) of the FOI Act).
Kind regards
Louise
