Dear Australian Electoral Commission,

My request relates to contracts CN3328197 and CN3328197-A1, available via Austender at https://www.tenders.gov.au/Cn/Show/e2453ee0-a203-6537-1429-4f54f9c79b36 and https://www.tenders.gov.au/Cn/Show/471f2731-fa2f-e235-5e5d-91fb7b9a53c1 respectively. These tenders both refer to the provision of a "Senate Counting Solution."

I request, under the Freedom of Information Act, all documents including email related to the conclusion of these two contracts, whether the contracts were
- concluded successfully with deliverables and payment, or
- terminated unsuccessfully without acceptable deliverables or without payment, or
- ended in any other way.
