Process and outcomes of Advisory Reference Panel assessment of cladding safety at SiteOne
Dear Victorian Building Authority,
I am requesting the documented formal outcome from the Statewide Cladding Audit's Advisory Reference Panel assessment for the building known as Site One, located at 757 Bourke Street. Docklands 3008. This was inspected as part of the Statewide Cladding Audit (SCA) in 2020 and referred to the Advisory Reference Panel, I am seeking the complete outcome of this panels assessment.
Please note that I am not seeking only the assessment classification (Low, Moderate, High, Extreme), but the documented reasons that made up this decision, the inputs that were used as well as any other findings of the panel related to this building
Additionally I would like to request a copy of the documentation for how the Advisory Reference Panel makes their determinations and classifications for the SCA
Yours faithfully,
Josh Stewart
