Police callouts to the Star, 2015
Dear NSW Police Force,
I would like to request the number of how many incidents Police were called to at The Star Casino during calendar year 2015, and how many of these were assaults.
Yours faithfully,
Chris
Good morning Chris,
To make a request for NSW Police Force information / document - you will
be required to submit a completed 'Formal access' application under the
Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 NSW.
Please find attached forms to be completed including a credit card
authority form for the required application fee payment of $30.00. Please
E-mail completed forms to the NSW Police Force Information Access Unit
(IASU) at [NSW Police Force request email]. Alternatively you can post the forms
to the postal address listed on the application.
Please follow all instructions on the form including providing us with a
certified copy of your personal identification as well as providing us
with as much information and guidance as possible about the information
you require.
Please be aware that if you were to submit an application seeking
statistics about incidents at Star City Casino - this would be considered
'non personal' information. A processing fee of $30 per hour after the
first hour applies for the work undertaken to compile the information.
Processing charges are in addition to the $30 application fee. Further,
be aware that we would need your approval on the application to consult
with Star City to examine if they had any objections to releasing the
information.
As general advice, you may wish to search media sources as this
information may have been made public in the past.
Please feel free to contact us should you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Michael McIntosh
