Dear Mr Shepherd

I refer to your FOI request dated 27 September 2022.

During my searches, I’ve identified 6 documents that are not available for
purchase from our Corporate Register. I am writing to confirm if you want
3 of these documents included in the terms of your request as we may need
to consult a third party about the release of those documents. The 3
documents are:

* Auditor's application to resign dated 10/4/2019
* ASIC letter to auditor 17/5/2019 – with request for more information
about resignation
* ASIC letter dated 13 June 2019 accepting the Auditor's resignation

If you are seeking access to these documents, we may need to consult with
third parties and this process extends the processing time by 30 days.

Please confirm by email before 12pm Monday 24 October 2022 if you want to
exclude these three documents from your request.

In relation to access to documents on the ASIC Connect register
([1]https://asicconnect.asic.gov.au/). You can view the description of the
documents for free by searching for the company name in the top right
corner of the webpage:

You then select the company you are interested in from the search results,
scroll down on the result and you should see the documents:

I hope this helps. I look forward to hearing from you about the three
documents referred to above.

Kind regards
