access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) to
‘statistical material that documents the number of current 2016 Job
Seekers who are registered with JobActive providers in Qld, and have a
Certificate 3 or higher qualification.’

 

Agencies can give access to documents outside the provisions of the FOI
Act. I have been informed by the relevant line area that the Department is
able to provide you with the requested information outside the FOI process
on the basis that you withdraw your FOI request.
