FOI, Administrative Review Tribunal

Dear Mr Wright,

I am writing to you in relation to your FOI request of 21 January 2025,
specifically about the scope of your request.

Since the Tribunal has transitioned from the Administrative Appeals
Tribunal to the Administrative Review Tribunal on 14 October 2024, the
structure of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Division has
changed. Decisions are now managed within the new NDIS Jurisdictional
Area.

I kindly ask if you are requesting decisions managed by the former NDIS
Division, or those that are managed in the current NDIS Jurisdictional
Area? From my consultation, I have been advised that the difference is the
'Registered service provider' reviews are now managed in another
Jurisdictional Area.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate reaching out to me at
[ART request email].

Kind regards,

April W

Dear April

I don't know what ''Registered service provider" reviews are. But essentially my request encompasses any sort of decision that would have previously been managed by the former NDIS Division.

Yours sincerely,
David Wright
