I refer to your request for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 
(FOI Act) received on 21 January 2025.  
  
You have requested access to: 
‘1) The number of ART decisions made by the ART's National Disability Insurance 
Scheme (NDIS) Division in the three months from 14 October 2024 to 14 January 
2025. 
2) Of these decisions, the number that were made available by the ART to be 
published on the Austli  website.’ 
  
We received your request on 21 January 2025 and the 30 day statutory period for processing 
your request commenced from the day after that date. You should therefore expect a 
decision from us by 20 February 2025. The 30 day period may be extended if we need to 
consult other parties or for other reasons permitted under the FOI Act.
