Currently waiting for a response from National Disability Insurance Agency, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

* correspondence between the NDIA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about the preparation, contents, disposition, and publication of this material.
* correspondence between the NDIA and any other external party about this information ... definitely including sector engagement, consultation, advice, co-design or coproduction.

Scope Revision

With regards to your request, I advise that at current, your scope of
request is too broad to commence searches. However, as the website for
‘Quality support for children’ has been current as of 20 August 2024, can
you confirm if you would be happy to narrow your scope to a 1-year period,
that being – From 20 August 2023 to 20 August 2024.

 

Can I ask that you respond at your earliest convenience by 12:00pm 24
September 2024. 

 

Irrelevant information

Section 22 of the FOI Act permits us to provide FOI applicants with access
to edited copies of documents with irrelevant material deleted. Can you

Dear foi,
In relation to your request that I "narrow [my] scope to a 1-year period", I feel that is much too limited.
As the NDIA's process of developing material for children up to 9 years of age, to replace the previous up to 7 years of age early intervention cut-off, has been going longer than 12 months I would accept the search period be the latest 24 months (2 years). I think 1 years is too short a period.
