Dear Mr Hamiltonshire,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Request for the purposes of the
Freedom of Information Act 1982, received by the National Blood Authority
(the NBA) on 4 December 2024.

I have been liaising with the relevant staff internally about providing
our "Style Guides/Brand Guides/Writing Guides..." as requested.

I understand from those discussions that the NBA is willing to provide the
information requested, but wanted to see whether you would give your
approval for the NBA to provide you with this information under
administrative access rather than through the FOI process?

This would enable us to provide you with the relevant documents through a
simpler and quicker process.

If you agree, can you please confirm in writing by return email that you
withdraw the FOI application, and we will arrange to send you the relevant
document via administrative access.

If you would like to discuss this, please provide your phone number and I
will be happy to contact you directly.

Thank you and kind regards,

Shyama
