I refer to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request of 24 December 2024 requesting access to any related documentation to the implementation of the project management software monday.com within the organisation.
These could include any form of documentation such as:
- Solution Design Document(s)
- Data Flow Diagram(s)
- Requirements List(s)
- Signed Statement of Work(s)

The scope of your request covers a document which contains business information about a third party. Housing Australia has determined that it is required to consult with the relevant third party (under section 27 of the FOI Act) before making a decision on the release of the requested document.

For this reason, the period for processing your request has been extended by 30 days to allow Housing Australia time to consult with the relevant third party (section 15(6) of the FOI Act). The processing period for your request will now end on 24 February 2025.

The consultation mechanism under section 27 applies when it appears to Housing Australia that a relevant third party may wish to contend that a requested document is exempt. We will take into account any comments we receive from the third party but the final decision about whether to grant you access to any documents rests with the authorised FOI decision maker within Housing Australia.
