Dear Department of Home Affairs,
Request for Information under the Freedom of Information Act 1982
I am writing to request access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). Specifically, I am seeking a list of all accredited Australian sponsors for the year 2025.
For clarity, by "accredited Australian sponsors," I am referring to organizations that are accredited by the Department of Home Affairs to sponsor individuals for immigration purposes, including but not limited to those under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa, Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), and other relevant visa categories.
If possible, please provide the following information:
The names of the accredited Australian sponsors.
1. Their respective accreditation statuses.
2. The sectors or industries they are accredited to sponsor in.
3. If the requested information is available in a format that is easily accessible, such as a list or database, I would appreciate it if you could provide it in that format.
In the event that any part of this request is denied, I would appreciate being informed of the specific exemptions or sections of the FOI Act that apply.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe of 30 days, as stipulated by the Freedom of Information Act.
Yours faithfully,
Vinod
