Dear Australian Taxation Office,

There is no Legislation or law that states/reads (or is similar to): "a man or woman in common law must pay income tax", i require the internal Tax Legislation, Policy, Directive or law (or other) that states/reads (or is similar to) the same.

I require a copy of the said internal Tax Legislation, Policy, Directive or law (or other) and the name of the qualified ATO employee that made it and the date when it was made.
