The Department of Veterans' Affairs (the department) has received your

'...I'm requesting a copy of all the information given to DVA clients that
give them details on how to Opt out of the MATEs program.

This includes website updates ( DATES of information added) All mailouts
that have information that specifically tells clients how to opt out.
All emails advising of opt out information regarding the mates program...'
