Dear Local Government NSW,

I hereby request under the Freedom of Information Act, the full public survey results, questions, answers, comments, submissions and participants collected by Bathurst Regional Council, concluded on 10/01/2025 regarding the Ngurang Arts Residency (BARN) project. Council conducted a comprehensive Survey for public submission to measure community opinion surrounding the Barn project, concept and BRC has since failed to release the results of the survey while providing only a verbal statement of the results and decisions the council has made following the survey. Nothing detailed can be found online.
