Science and Resources (the department) regarding access to documents under
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).

We understand that you are seeking:

“…a complete copy of the departments' Freedom of Information (FOI) logs
for the period 2013-2023, including any secondary departments controlled
by the agency.

I request that this is provided as a document and not a simple redirect to
the agency website as I am of the view that your online disclosure logs do
not actively reflect your FOI requests that you have received in this
period.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information in an
electronic format, such as a PDF or spreadsheet, if possible.”

Under the FOI Act, a valid request must include information concerning the
document as is reasonably necessary to enable a responsible officer of the
agency, or the Minister, to identify it.

It is unclear what you mean by ‘a copy of the departments’ FOI logs’. As a
result, your request cannot be processed in its current form.

All documents released in response to an FOI request to the department
under the FOI Act are published on this website, unless the information
contained in the documents is exempt from publication in accordance with
section 8(g) of the FOI Act.
