One requirement of the Roads Act 1993 is for the administrating body to maintain records of all roads within that body's area.

The road of interest is currently called Taradale Road, which I understand to be wholly within your jurisdiction until 2012 (please correct me if I am mistaken). .

Would you be able to confirm, through adherence to Roads ACt 1993 and other records such as mapping, surveys, documents provided when the Palerang Shire boundary was redrawn to incorporate this road, that it was a road, going point to point, Federal Highway ~ Currawang Road? Would have any graphics - maps / photos / images of this road?

This road was transferred to Palerang by Mulwaree Shire with records indicating:

1. it's location
2. it's name & number given to it by Mulwaree Shire
3. reference to any plan in accordance with which its boundaries or levels have been fixed or varied
4. any other particulars eg. graphics - maps / photos / images of this road
