The APSC has decided to provide a response to your request administratively, outside the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
The vote outcome provided by the Ballot agent in relation in relation to the vote which occurred opened on 2 July 2015 was as follows:
"The final results for the Australian Public Service Commission Enterprise Agreement 2015-18 Ballot are:
• n = 188 valid votes were cast via the online and telephone mechanisms during the declared polling period (see below). This represents 80.34% of the roll of eligible voters (N = 234 staff) provided to ORIMA Research.
• Of these valid votes, n = 123 are in support of the proposed Enterprise Agreement (‘Yes’ votes), and n = 65 are not in support of the proposed Enterprise Agreement (‘No’ votes).
• As a percentage of total valid votes cast:
• 65.43% are in support of the Commission’s proposed Enterprise Agreement (‘Yes’ votes); and • 34.57% are not in support of the Commission’s proposed Enterprise Agreement (‘No’ votes)."
No further breakdown in relation to details of vote by employee location, APS level or other criteria was provided.
I trust this satisfies your request.
