Dear Department of Education,
Further to my previous FOI request...

- These milestones include project plans, agreed budget and progress reports.
- Dates that Code Club Australia met with the Department of Education to discuss the grant.
Thank you very much in advance for your efforts to help me.
Yours faithfully,
Steve MacDonald

Dear Mr MacDonald
Further to our telephone conversation on Friday 23 September 2016, if you wish to contend the charge on financial hardship grounds, then:
a. please advise us (in writing) of why paying some or all of the charge would cause you financial hardship; and
b. provide evidence and/or details of your financial circumstances.
Once we receive this information, we will proceed to make a charge decision. We have 30 days from the time you make your charge contention to make a decision on charge. We will cease to process your FOI request during this time.
Thank you
