Deductions against Disability Support Pensions
Dear Department of Human Services,
I would like to request the following information:
1. As of 1 of March 2018, the number of cases where child support registrar was making deductions against disability support pensions.
2. The number of cases out of above, where at the same time CSR made a determination for income above the level of disability support pension.
3. Minimum, maximum and median amount of bi-weekly deduction out of the cases per 1.
