Receipt is acknowledged of your correspondence, received by the Department
on 18 May 2015, seeking access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982
(the FOI Act), to the following:

‘... emails communicated between the Department and NBN Co Limited
regarding the rollout of the NBN at Norwest Business Park in lead up the
Minister for Communications' announcement on the 12th May 2015.'

The statutory period for processing your request is 30 days, which
commenced from the date it was received.
