Could you please submit your RTI application using one of the methods
below.

There is some different options of how to apply: online, email the form or

payment of the $49.70 application fee by credit card at the end of the
online form).

Please find enclosed a link which will allow you to complete a Right to
Information (RTI) form online:
[1]https://www.smartservice.qld.gov.au/serv....

Alternatives to submitting online:

Or, please find attached a PDF version of the application form. Once

Or, if you would prefer to post it back then the RTI Services mailing

Once your application is received here it is assigned to a case manager

Costs

In addition to the $49.70 application fee, additional charges (processing
and access) may be payable, should the total processing time of the
application exceed five hours, processing charges will be payable. If
charges are applicable to your application, a Charges Estimate Notice will
be provided to you advising the likely charges. The following guidelines
provide further information [3]http://www.rti.qld.gov.au/fees-and-charges

Decision on documents

The RTI Act has a pro-disclosure bias, however access may be refused if
the information is considered exempt or contrary to the public interest. A
decision notice includes a statement of reasons (which will clearly set
out the decision maker’s reasons for refusing access to any information)
and advice about review rights.

Hi Karen

Thanks for your email this morning, following our previous correspondence,
I cannot see an application around this period in our system, could you
please provide your file reference number (which would be on the top left
corner of correspondence sent in the processing of it) like an 18-xxx
number, or something from the case manager (an email maybe) and I will
follow it up further.

Thanks
