Consulting services agreement - Data61 & DHS
Dear Department of Human Services,
I request a copy of the following:
- All correspondence between Data61 & the department (including services australia), in association with the Robodebt program. (i.e. the program that involved data matching between tax records & DHS datasets to raise debts)
- Copies of the consulting services agreements between Data61 & the department regarding the government's planned trial program of drug testing new welfare recipients.
I ask that all fees in relation to this request be waived because the release of the documents is in the public interest.
Conditionally exempt documents ought also be released here, as the subject matter of these documents is clearly of an overriding public interest.
Please exclude duplicate documents from this request.
Yours faithfully,
John Smith

Dear FOI.LEGAL.TEAM,
I would prefer to continue with the old request, as by not replying on time you have entitled me to a fee waiver under the act.
Opening a new request would remove my ability to be entitled to that fee waiver.
Yours sincerely,
John Smith
