The response of the authority to this request is completely wrong and not compliant with the law. The law requires that the authority send relevant information to the applicant at the address the applicant has given and that is an email address at Right to Know. But the authority has put a message on a completely different website and then pretends that they have done what the law requires.
It would be good if every person who received this treatment would lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner.
