Dear INFORMATION.ACCESS,

I am belatedly responding to your 3 May 2024 request to clarify my request. I have been away.

I am surprised at receiving this request as I thought it couldn't be any clearer, "EVERY CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY." As DVA's "clients" are those receiving services from DVA, i.e. veterans, war widows and their children, it is these "clients" I thought it was obvious in my requested FOI.

To be asked, " which business area/s may hold the documents," is quite frankly absurd as I don't work at DVA and would therefore have no knowledge of DVA's internal workings.

To conclude, please provide, "EVERY client satisfaction survey covering the period 1 July 2022 to 31 March 2024...' How can this request be any clearer?

I hope your request was not another attempt to game the system as I usually grant an extension of time. As the information is for specific outcomes for surveys usually undertaken by a contractor and should be easily able to access, I ask that you expediate this request. I also note I have initiated three requests for an IC review so to say I have not been happy with DVA's FOI section, would be an understatement.

Yours sincerely,

Alan ASHMORE
